Hi, I was wondering if you had any classes or clouds do anything to do with meditation painting? So not necessarily to learn techniques in painting but facilitate a session where you can express emotions and creative flow on a canvas while in a meditative state? That’s very specific I know and I understand if that’s not the sort of stuff you do.

Hi Audrey, This is a tricky question to answer, as many different perspectives come up for a meditative state. I use colour as a way into connecting within in a conscious way. I work with the colour in partnership and you need to know your inner pushes and pulls to be able to work like this. So I suppose it depends whether you look at meditation as that or something else…
